Fall arest systems Latchways
A fall arrest system Latchways provides maximum freedom of movement for workers to conduct their duties. In doing so it allows them to reach the point where a fall could occur, such as the edge of a roof for gutter maintenance. However, in the event of a fall, the fall will be arrested and so allow the person to either effect a self-rescue or be rescued. Latchways’ products and systems are compliant with all legislative controls. They meet or exceed every important safety standard including European Council Directive 89/696/EEC and European Standards EN 795:1997 and EN 353-1:2002.
Fall arrest for roofing
Latchways horizontal and inclined fall arrest and fall restraint systems can be deployed across virtually all the major roof types including standing-seam , composite , built-up on site , secret-fix and membrane . Fixing the Constant Force Post does not damage the integrity of the roof and therefore will not compromise the roof guarantee.
