You need RJ12 connectors. RJ12 is the same size like RJ11, but have 6 contacts, not 4.
pin 1 white / orange (GPS sync)
pin 2 white / green (Serial Tx 9600)
pin 3 white / blue (Serial Rx 9600)
pin 4 green (Default Jumper)
pin 5 blue (Audio /GPS Power sync)
pin 6 orange (Ground)

How to make Canopy default plug?
You need 6-pins RJ-11 connector and short piece of Cat5 cable. You must connect outputs from pins 4 and 6, other outputs are free. This end you can isolated.

What is Motorola Units default IP adress?
Default IP adress of Motorola Canopy and master OFDM backhaul unit is 169.254.1.1. Slave OFDM backhaul have default IP adress 169.254.1.2. Mask is always 255.255.0.0.
